These Terms govern your use of VBA Academy (vbaacademy.com) and your enrollment in any course or bundle. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Your enrollment provides lifetime access to the courses included in your purchase. We reserve the right to update course content to reflect changes in law or practice.
All course purchases are one-time payments unless you enroll on the payment plan option (3 installments of $499 for the Full Bundle). Payment plan installments are billed monthly.

Your enrollment is for individual use only. You may not share login credentials, resell access, redistribute course materials, or use our content for commercial training purposes without written permission.
All course content, templates, guides, and the CPDS credential are the property of North Star Petition Services / Consultant Services of MN. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal career development use only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
